Rob Cook is an independent businessman and corporate director with over 36 years of experience in the energy industry, investment management, private equity, and venture capital sectors. Mr. Cook was formerly a Managing Director at ARC Financial Corp., an energy focused private equity investment manager and a Staff Reservoir Engineer, with global assignments, at a major multi-national oil & gas exploration company. 

Mr. Cook holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from McMaster University, and an MBA from the European University, The Hague, Netherlands. He is a Professional Engineer, Alberta, and a CFA Charterholder. He has also received his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a member of the Chartered Business Valuators Institute.
