JAMES BONYAI

Why did you choose Catapult?
JAMES: To better solve the age-old problem of how to make the most of the limited availability of water, our industry requires innovation and sustainable practices. The whole concept behind Catapult from its inception was to achieve both. This resonated with me.

Of the Catapult core values, which ones most resonates with you, why?
JAMES: Sustainability – anything in our industry is tenuous unless we are working towards sustainability. Companies and organizations need to be achieving sustainability themselves or helping others to achieve it. Catapult’s mission is to succeed in accomplishing both.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?
JAMES: I like being part of Catapult’s high-performance team. We have a great group of people; industry veterans mixed with youthful exuberance, all of whom have very aligned goals.

What excites you most when you think about the future of Catapult?
JAMES: I think what really excites me as a business, is that we are leading and cutting edge in an older industry. This gives us the ability to develop innovative technologies and tailored solutions that will allow us to leave a mark in our sector. Many operators are currently using their own unique “Catapult Solution” and they believe in the “Catapult Way”.

How would you describe yourself in one word?
JAMES: Driven
